Ta Petrina Apartments

Our stay at ta Petrina had some good parts, but that kids' party outside our villa on the last night really changed how we felt about it. Nobody told us it was planned, and even though we were paying guests, we felt extremely uncomfortable. Before booking, I'd check whether the host has an all-nighter coming up. Lola did try hard to make us feel welcome, and we were grateful for that. Hospitality matters a lot to us, so we'd probably not return. We arrived right at the start of the season, when we were the only guests, and had a quiet spot in the peaceful village. For little kids, the garden is great for running around. Getting around is another matter: you'll need a car, or a bike, even for the beach. The good beaches are 5-15 minutes away by car. We chose one of the biggest villas because we wanted a spare room for our little one, but it still felt a bit small. The kitchen's living area, with a sofa and table, is very small. There is what you need for cooking and laundry, though. They only provide olive oil, so bring your own coffee and tea. Prices were 100-150 Euro per night. Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out at 11:00.

The pool and the area around it were beautiful, and the rooms had everything we needed. They were lovely, picturesque, and done in a country style. I'd choose this hotel again if I visit the area.

There was a play area for kids, with a tree house and other activities. This is a small, family-run hotel with a central pool, a bar, and a grill area. The rooms had a stylish vintage look, a comfortable bed, and were sparkling clean. They were cleaned daily.

The owners are lovely and have such a good vibe. Every little detail here has so much style, and the organic garden is perfect for kids to run around in. It felt like heaven on earth, one of the best places we've ever stayed.
