Apostolas was a wonderful host, taking care with every detail from our arrival and following up on all our requests and needs. Black Pearl is a great choice for a family holiday in the little town of Kalimitsu, the pearl of Sithonia with crystal clear water. The modern villas are brand new, spacious, and fully equipped, with plenty of toilets and bathrooms. There’s a parking space close by, right beside the sea. 😊🇬🇷❤️

We had an amazing five-day stay at Black Pearl and will definitely come back. The houses are new and very well equipped, with everything we needed. The host went above and beyond to help with a few requests, and I was really impressed by the support we received. The location is perfect, right across from a beautiful beach with clean water and sandy shore without rocks, ideal for small kids.

I haven't been inside Black Pearl, but what I saw outside put me off completely. The beach was very dirty, and the property is beside a water channel. In September, a man from Black Pearl sprayed chemicals on the beach grass to kill it while children and dogs were there. I believe those chemicals can stay poisonous for at least 10-15 days. Sunbeds and umbrellas were also set out on the public beach as if they owned it. I wouldn't stay at Black Pearl.
