Parking was the biggest problem. The street is narrow and there are lots of apartments around, so spaces are scarce. Someone else can easily take the spot assigned to your apartment, which is frustrating. The space isn't owned by the apartment owner, but visitors should still respect it. Noise from neighboring apartments could also be a real downside if you're unlucky. There was a noticeable smell when we arrived, though opening the windows for 30 minutes cleared it, and we didn't have trouble with it again. The TV didn't have any proper Greek channels, which was a shame during Euro 2024, but YouTube and Netflix were available. We liked the apartment and found it just as described, with lots of room. There are basically two rooms, one of them larger with a separate sleeping area. It was very well equipped for our needs, keeping the place up and preparing meals, and there were plenty of useful items to make vacation easier. The air conditioning was backed up by two huge fans, one in a separate room, which helped since cooling that room with just the AC would have made the first room too cold. The beds were comfortable, linens clean, and there was even a PlayStation for entertainment. The host left a few bottles of water and beer, too. Thumbs up for all that.

The price was very reasonable, and the beach and restaurants are only two minutes away. It’s a lovely, cozy place with a view that feels special, and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
