The harbour in Sivota has a lovely choice of restaurants and tavernas, and both the town and the local beach are about a 10-minute walk from the villas. We stayed in Camelia, a two-bedroom villa with a sea view. The gardens are beautiful, and the pool and its surroundings were immaculate. It blends traditional Greek style with modern touches perfectly. The website photos really don't show how lovely the place is.

We had a great stay. The host was fantastic, and the pool is cracking, with sea views and an easy walk down to the sea. The location works really well. If the kids are asleep and you fancy a drink, you can sit facing your spacious apartment while the pool bar serves cold beers and different cocktails. We really enjoyed it.

We'd love to come back. The owner and staff were so friendly, and the view is lovely. Our modern apartment was clean, too. Shops and restaurants on the Main Street are about a 10-minute walk away, and the beach is close by as well. Highly recommended!

The garden and pool are lovely, and the apartments are clean and roomy. Thanos and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and comfortable. Alkyon Villas is a great example of what hospitality should be. Book it without a second thought!

The walk back from the nearest beach can be tough for some, since the property sits on a steep hill. It takes around 10 minutes to get there, and having a car is a good idea for reaching the many lovely beaches within a 5-20 minute drive. From our villa terrace we had a great view of Syvota. The family run place is surrounded by plants and olive trees, with a nice pool for cooling off or relaxing beside the pool bar, where prices are affordable. It's friendly for kids, and most guests seemed to be families. The hosts were kind and helpful with anything we needed, and sometimes surprised the kids with local fruit and sweets. A touch of luxury at an affordable price for a summer stay in this region. Pure 10 out of 10!
