It was late October in the offseason, with no swimmers and hardly any hotel guests around. The owner came out in his dinghy without greeting us and rudely said we had to move 100 meters beyond the last line of buoys. He even threatened to call the police. Those swimming buoys were 200 meters from the beach, and he chased away every boat anchored in the bay outside them. My understanding is that Greek rules allow boats to anchor 100 meters from the beach or beyond the buoy line marking the swimming area in small bays. The owner was incredibly rude and unfriendly. I'd give this hotel zero stars if I could. What an unpleasant person!

I could step straight from my room into the pool, which was new and had a bar where you could grab a drink while cooling off in the water. The beach right in front of the hotel was beautiful and private. Our room was spacious and great, and the staff and owner were wonderful, very friendly people. This was one of the best places I've visited recently, a top-notch stay and experience.

We had some fantastic evenings at Syvota Gold Hotel & Beach Bar, thanks especially to Kosta. He made 40 cocktails, each one perfect and better than the last. The drinks were a treat to taste and looked like little works of art. Kosta is a real master at what he does, and his warm manner and great service made our vacation even more special. If you want a good drink and a great time, he's the person to see. We'll definitely be back!

The apartment had two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and two en-suite bathrooms. Everything was great, and the staff were super friendly. Syvota Harbour is just a 10-minute walk away, with supermarkets, restaurants, lots of ice cream, and bars. It's a wonderful location. Book it, love it!

The beach is beautiful, but there's no beach bar menu listing prices. We asked for one and were told it didn't exist. Unacceptable and illegal! In response to your reply, two of us went to ask for the menu, and nobody gave us one. We were only told aloud what was available and how much it cost. A toast for 4.5 euro?! Without a menu, they can charge whatever they want.
