The beach was quiet and relaxing, and the beach bar next to the hotel had fair prices. I also loved the balconies, which are great for spending time with friends or family. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and ours had a wonderful sea view. The view really lives up to the name “Belo Horizonte”, almost magical, and ideal for anyone who likes taking photos. One of the best hotels in Greece for me. I'd love to return sometime soon.

The location is handy for beach bars and other parts of the peninsula, and the hill setting, about 10 metres above sea level, gives you a magnificent sunset. The villas sit side by side, perpendicular to the sea, so only one has a sea view. The air conditioner worked well, as did the fridge, and the two staff members we spoke to were extremely friendly and did their best to answer our questions. Inside, we found spider webs in three places, two in our flat and one just outside. The room itself looked clean, but the webs made it seem like only certain spots get cleaned. Dishes aren't washed, though soap and a sponge are provided. There's no kettle for quick hot water. Someone had written that one could be provided on request, but I think it should be standard in every room. The walls are thin enough that we woke up at random hours hearing people talking in the flats above or next door. Ants will join breakfast if you leave food out from the day before. Taking everything into account, the price didn't meet our expectations.

The staff were helpful, the location beautiful, and a modern, very good beach bar was within walking distance. Because we had an infant, they provided a crib, kettle, and baby feeding seat when we asked. They also sent a photo of the kitchen items after we asked what was there, so we could bring what we needed. Those positives aside, we left the next day with three nights still booked. Our room was smaller than the photos suggested, perhaps because they were staged, and there was very little to cook with. We had also brought washing supplies from home after seeing other reviews, since there were almost no kitchen items and nothing to wash plates or a pot with. At 7:00 the next morning, my wife tried to lower the window roller. Something broke and it came crashing down. Reception didn't open until 9:00, so we were stuck inside and couldn't get to things we'd left on the balcony. When I reported it, staff seemed unconcerned and said it would be ready by the time we got back from the sea in 1.5 to 2 hours. We returned after 1.5 hours because the baby needed a nap, but it still hadn't been fixed. As a mechanic, I could see it wasn't a simple fault. We were told it would be repaired right away or we'd be moved to another room. Moving would have been a big hassle with a baby and all our things, which would take about two hours just to pack, plus the time to move and unpack. We decided to leave the room and return to Thessaloniki. The technician raised the roller temporarily so we could collect our belongings. I heard him say on the phone that this same roller had failed many times, its base was now completely broken, and it needed replacing. He also said it hadn't been changed when it should have been, and had only been partly repaired. That sounded unprofessional toward guests. I asked to pay for just the two nights we stayed, or at least less than the full amount. The woman at reception referred me to the company that owns the hotel, but they didn't respond. They wanted the full payment and offered no option besides changing rooms or staying locked inside while we waited for the repair. I found their response unacceptable and not humane, especially with a small infant with us. This was my experience, and I hope it helps other people make a choice.

The location is superb, the views are breathtaking, and the property is very well looked after. Our beds were made every day. The room had enough space, comfortable beds, and a sofa that could sleep a third person. Still, I found a few holes in the sheets, which doesn't feel acceptable for a 4-star property. The toilet paper was also the cheapest kind. No one would be harmed by that, but at nearly 90 EUR for a double room, I'd expect a little more effort.

We spent 10 days here with our young children. The view was great, and there was a large, lovely garden where the kids could wander. The nearby beach had clear water, though the entrance was rocky. Rooms were cleaned daily, and sheets and linen changed every third day. There was a kettle, a Nescafe machine, and a good selection of amenities. Two things could be improved. The sprinklers started at 22:30, making it uncomfortable to sit outside; the garden quickly turned muddy. The shower had no door, just a glass divider, so water covered the bathroom floor and made it slippery both inside and just outside.
