Lesbos is fantastic, and this was one of our best holidays ever. We had an excellent stay, with great service from Angelos and Marianne. The private pool was outstanding, though a little more shade would have been welcome. The food in Skala Kallonis was superb, especially at Caprice and Ambrosia.

The beach was on a top 10 list for Lesbos, so I was convinced it was worth visiting. Big mistake, there was algae everywhere. Then a group of little gipsies attacked us, throwing pebbles at my dad before bothering other strangers too. A dreadful experience. If you're looking for a beach, don't come here. Try Anaxos.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, and the villa itself is beautiful, with terraces and a private pool. A lovely place to stay!

The taverna on the beach is great, and the beach itself is nice. The water is a bit less appealing than at other beaches on the island.
