The balcony and view were the only good parts of what was the worst place I’ve stayed. The owner was rude and showed no interest in guests. When I arrived with my child, she watched me haul a huge suitcase up 15 stairs, and did the same while an elderly couple in our group struggled. She never mentioned the other entrance, just 10m away, that has no stairs and goes straight to our rooms. You have to ask again and again for things that should be provided on arrival, like the safe box key and TV remote, and she gets very annoyed whenever you approach her. Even though I was alone, the room had only one spoon and one knife, which makes no sense. There was no small kitchen or kitchen equipment, no sink at all, so not even a way to make coffee. The water cattler was dirty and covered in so much limescale it flaked off when switched on, and I had to scrub it. The TV didn’t work, there was no wi-fi in the rooms, only poor connection in the lobby, and there was just one power socket in the whole room. The location itself is good, 20 minutes on foot from the center and practically on a small beach, but it’s right on the main road. The noise was like an F1 track 24/7.
