We had to cancel our Skiathos trip after booking this lovely house, but I still wanted to mention how responsive the host was. He answered our questions quickly and sent extra photos. I spent days looking for the right place near town, and this one seemed to offer the most: it was spacious, had two bathrooms, and was a short walk from the centre while sitting a little away from the crowds. The reviews were glowing, too. I think my family of four would have been very happy staying there.

The owners were really kind, and our spacious, cozy rooms were cleaned every day. Our apartment had a kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning, and coffee machine. There was a small parking area on the property; both of our Fiat Pandas fit. There was also a larger lot just two minutes away.

Mariza and her family looked after us so well, helping whenever we needed it and cleaning every day. Everything in and around the guest house was new, and it felt like being at home. As a couple, we found Mariza’s place incredibly clean and cozy. We’ll definitely stay here next time we come back to Skiathos. Highly recommended!

We were picked up at the airport and taken back there at the end, which was much appreciated. The owners also cleaned the apartment every day, brought fresh towels, and even washed dishes we hadn't got around to. The guest house is near the town centre, and our spacious apartment had two rooms, two balconies, and two bathrooms. Thank you very much for the excellent service.

This felt like a possible scam. I booked through Airbnb, then they asked to switch to WhatsApp instead of using the platform's messages. I said no, and after that they stopped replying and never confirmed our reservation. Two reviews mention cancelled bookings, so it seems this may happen often.
