Janis was very kind and had good recommendations. His suggestion for a local restaurant was spot on, with delicious local food. The hotel was comfortable and in an excellent location, and breakfast was excellent too. Those scrambled eggs were delicious! I'd recommend this place.

We got an upgraded room with a lovely view of the monastery, and it was ideal for summer or winter, with air conditioning and an open fireplace. The bed was lovely, and the balcony was a great addition. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with freshly boiled or fried eggs, different meats, sweet treats, and plenty more. John spoke very good English and was a lovely gentleman, with good recommendations for places to visit and eat. This gorgeous family-run hotel went above and beyond with its hospitality. It's only about 10 minutes from Sparta and easy to get to. I'd go back in a heartbeat. A must-stay for anyone visiting Sparta/Mistras, 10/10.

We had a brilliant stay, with fantastic rooms and a great view of the Mystras city from our huge balcony. John was lovely, recommended a great range of restaurants, and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was amazing too.

A lovely cafe with a great outdoor area, especially in the evening. Definitely worth a visit.
