Klimis Hotel

Spetses has felt like my spiritual home for 31 years, and I hope to keep coming back for years to come. I haven’t stayed at Klimis, but I often walk over from my hotel for breakfast. A mushroom omelette with fresh orange juice always hits the spot. The prices are very reasonable, the staff are pleasant and serve you with a smile, and there’s a nice vibe and a lovely view across the bay.

The restaurant has a lovely sea view, serves good food, and the staff are really friendly. The hotel is only a short walk from the city center, and we found it good value for money. My partner and I had a pleasant stay, although the rooms need some practical improvements. There wasn’t enough storage or space to hang our things, so we kept opening our luggage on the floor or bed. More luggage space and hangers would help. The bathrooms can’t be made bigger, but their layout could be improved: the plastic shower curtains stuck to us, there weren’t enough hooks for towels and clothes, and the sink was too small for basic things like a toothbrush and toothpaste. It’s a nice place overall and I’d recommend it as a solid stay, though there’s room to improve, especially the toilets.

A family-run hotel in Spetses with a great location. It’s a small, renovated place and a very good choice for a stay. I’d definitely recommend trying the coffee and sweets at the hotel restaurant.

We had a cozy, comfortable room with lovely decor and a fantastic view. It was small, but good value for money, and we’d come back for another weekend in Spetses after our three-day stay. The room was cleaned daily and the towels were changed. We liked the continental breakfast: fresh orange juice, filter coffee, yoghurt with fresh fruit, spinach or cheese pies, croissants, and more. On a rainy day, it was nice to sit in the hotel café. The staff were always friendly and helpful.
