Amazones Villas Apartments

Dimitri and Natasha made us feel at home, whether they were giving us local travel advice, booking excursions, or just having a friendly chat. Many guests were repeat visitors, so we weren’t the only ones who thought they were great hosts. Mika at the night bar was always kind and made us feel part of the hotel community. He even waved us off when the coach picked us up on our last day. We were self-catering, but sometimes had breakfast from the hotel menu. The Full English was top quality. Amazones Villas is a proper family-run business, and that made it feel much more personal than a big hotel where you can feel anonymous. The location is ideal, a short walk to the main town, sandy beach, and restaurants, and even closer to the local shop and ATM.

We’re about to leave after a week here, and we’ve already booked for next year. The hosts, Dimitri and Natasha, and Michel in the evenings are professional while still making the place feel like home. They cook lunch fresh themselves, and breakfast too if you want it. The area is peaceful, but the beach and excellent restaurants are only a short walk away. We always rent a car for a day, and Dimitri arranged it and suggested places to visit. His picks didn’t disappoint. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Keep up the good work, Natasha, Dimitri, and the Team at Amazones Villas, Stalida. The island’s food is fabulous, and I don’t think there’s a bad restaurant on it.

The rooms are cleaned every day by two excellent housemaids, and everyone speaks English really well, so we had no language barrier. Dimitri, Natasha, and the boys learned our names from the first day and went out of their way to make us comfortable. We’ve never wanted to return somewhere before, but this place gets plenty of repeat guests, and we can see why. We’d definitely come back. The bar and courtyard sit just off the main strip, yet they’re surprisingly peaceful and pretty. The seafront restaurants are about a ten-minute walk away, though The Romantic Corner is only thirty seconds from the courtyard. Mika is a fabulous, friendly host in the evenings. It was our best holiday ever. Thanks for a fabulous ten days, and all the best to everyone!

The apartments were clean and had plenty of storage, and there’s a lovely pool area. Dimitri, Natasha, and Mika were welcoming and worked hard to keep the holiday relaxing and easy. It’s a great spot for walking to the beach, bars, and restaurants, and there’s a bus stop nearby if you want to explore further.
