We felt completely at ease at Diamond beach apart. It's a quiet, romantic, old-fashioned place in Stalida, Crete, close to the beach and surrounded by lots of blooming plants. It's across from Romantic corner. The owner, who is the third generation to run the business, is a very pleasant, kind, and hardworking guy. We'll definitely come again. I give it five stars with all my heart.

We found the area full of amazing restaurants, and everyone around was incredibly friendly and helpful. I'd love to visit again. Cat lovers will be happy too: there are lots of friendly stray cats, including one who seems attached to the hotel. I see her there all the time, and sometimes she comes to our window. The hotel is affordable but very comfortable, with balconies looking right out over the ocean. At night you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The owner and staff are outgoing and very friendly, always glad to help with any issue. The owner also runs the bar out front. There's a wide choice of drinks, and you can have one while playing table pool, watching sports on TV, or just chatting with him.

We've stayed here over the last few years and always feel welcome. It's right on the beach, with lovely owners and staff, and a well-stocked bar serving cocktails at good prices, with a sea view. Stalis is a lovely place, full of restaurants and nice bars, and the Greek people are so lovely. There's also a lovely restaurant across the road called romantic corner.
