Lia, the manager, was very kind and looked after us in all sorts of ways. Everyone we dealt with was just as friendly. The Aquamarine 1 villa was peaceful, very clean, and well equipped, with comfortable bedrooms and beds that were nice to sleep in. The location was convenient for the airport, Chania, and nearby villages, with fantastic views all around. It could get quite windy at times. The kitchen could have been more spacious.

Lia was an incredible host, helping with everything we needed and suggesting beaches and restaurants that made the trip easy and memorable. The villa itself is stunning, with four beautiful rooms, a lovely pool, and a large patio with beds for lounging. It’s beautifully designed and has everything needed for cooking and enjoying your stay. Highly recommended!

We were two families of four, and the layout was just right: four spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the place was spotless, and the kitchen had every tool and appliance you could think of, even a pizza cutter. Sea-Crete Villa #3 was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The private pool was crystal clear and just the right temperature, perfect for unwinding after exploring. Lia was an amazing host and made sure we had what we needed all week. It was our best week ever, a dream vacation, and we can’t wait to return.

The sea view was stunning, and the villa had a luxurious pool, big terraces, and comfortable spots to lounge. It was beautifully designed and fully equipped, with a lovely balance of style and comfort. We had a perfect getaway with friends. Highly recommend!

There are several beaches nearby, though Chania is about 30 minutes away, so you’ll need a car. The welcome gift of olives, honey, local items, and coffee was much appreciated. The grocery store is a bit of a drive, so stock up on water before arriving. Seacrete Villa near Chania was a beautiful property, with a fabulous pool area, good outdoor furniture, and thoughtful amenities. Our family of eight fit perfectly in the four bedrooms. Lia, the property manager, was always helpful and quick to respond. We have high standards, and the property met and exceeded them. The tennis courts were a nice extra, and they supplied racquets and balls. We already miss this lovely place.
