Back for a third visit in 2022. The apartment is compact and good value, just meters from the beach. It’s not luxury accommodation, but it’s cleaned daily, and Nikos provides wonderful service. The beach doesn’t get too busy. A sunbrella and two loungers cost 12 euro a day. Stegna feels lovely and locally owned, with very few apartments compared with the beach and just one commercial tourist hotel. The restaurants offer great food, friendly people, and good value. Each season has its own appeal: spring brings cold sea water but great hiking, summer is very hot with warm seas, and autumn has cooler days, fewer visitors, and maybe rain. Please keep it quiet. 😉

Nikos is a really friendly owner and puts a lot into making sure your stay goes well. The three-person rooms are clean, with good furniture and kitchenware. We had a nice two-week stay, and I strongly recommend the apartment.

I don’t often write reviews, but I had to say how lovely the hosts have been. We travel a lot and haven’t met people this wonderful before. They’re always checking whether we need anything, and they made a difficult flight and start to the holiday much easier. The apartment is right on the beach, spacious, clean, and has everything we need. I’ll recommend it to my friends and hope to come back myself.

Nicos is ready to help whenever you need him, and I’m very grateful. The apartment is set a little back from the road, so it’s quiet, while the beach is still close by. Really one of the best places!

The rooms were clean and nice, and the stay was good. They were inexpensive for what they offered too.
