The warm welcome stood out from the start, and our rooms were spotless and cozy even with the cold weather outside. We also had great WiFi, and the lounge was a lovely place to sit by the fire. Breakfast was the real treat: homemade pies with local greens, omelettes with fresh eggs and cheese, and proper Greek coffee. Mr.Tasos and Mrs Garifalia made us feel right at home. I’ve stayed in plenty of places as a tour guide, and I’d happily recommend this guest house and Stemnitsa as a base for exploring the region. I was very pleased with our stay and hope to come back someday.

The owners were lovely, and breakfast came with delicious homemade jams, traditional pastries and yoghurt. We stayed two nights in this quiet village and had a great experience, with a clean, comfortable room and bathroom. A perfect choice for a trip to this area 😀
