The pool is small and doesn't get much sun, and breakfast was poor, with little left after 9 a.m. We also had trouble getting hot water until we'd finished showering. During our night in room 16 on 22/07/2022, the top sheets were missing. Reception couldn't be reached at bedtime, so we slept without them. The staff apologized, though they didn't come to us directly, and said they hadn't checked the room. They also complained about the bad review this might lead to. Fresh sheets appeared while we were at breakfast, but since we were staying just one night, that didn't help. The shutters were stuck, and the curtains let in enough light to wake us early. The bathroom light was very noisy too. If you have another option, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The room was unbearably hot, and the air conditioner wasn't working. The boiler was running too. We phoned the gentleman who had taken our reservation to ask for another room, but couldn't find him. He'd been helpful on the phone and had offered us a good price, so it was a letdown when we arrived and my group saw the room. I can't recommend this place under any circumstances.

The biggest issue was how deserted the place felt. The reception was shut in the evenings, and there was nobody in the breakfast room in the morning either. We only came across one very kind, friendly waitress, who was busy cleaning. Someone should be at the entrance, especially at night when it's dark, and there should be a guard to make sure nobody comes in. The breakfast could be better too, and the reception needs attention. The hotel itself is in a good spot in a small village on a promontory near Argostoli and its airport. It's clean and pleasant, with bright, spacious, tidy rooms, comfortable mattresses, working air conditioning, and good sleep in a quiet setting. The rooms also have panoramic views of the beautiful Kefalonian sea. They could do much better.
