At €60 a night, it was decent value, but don't expect luxury, nice furnishings, cable TV, wifi, A/C or anything along those lines. The furniture is old, the TV needs an external decoder, the plumbing is noisy, and the bathroom is dated. The location works well for Argostoli and most of the western beaches. There's plenty of parking, a pleasant garden with hammocks, a couple of kids' play things, a lawn, and fresh water for rinsing off. The airport is only 0.5 km away, which was kind of cool for watching planes take off and land. My one complaint was that the owner got rather grumpy when I asked for a receipt.

The owner was genuinely kind and helpful, and a friendly gentleman greeted us with cold water and ice cream. The apartment is lovely, well equipped, and has air conditioning. They clean it every three days. The location is great, about two minutes by car from the airport and eight from Lassi. I highly recommend it.

The garden was cool and peaceful, with a lovely orchard, and our rooms were clean. We stayed here in June and found the owners kind and helpful. They welcomed us with a note in the room, olive oil, local wine, and fruit: oranges, lemons, grapefruits, apricots, and figs. Katerina and her husband gave us several rides to Argostoli free of charge. We also met Joanna, a Greek woman who kindly suggested routes, beaches, and local restaurants. Her tips helped us discover Kefalonia. We'd recommend this place. N&E

Katerina is very kind, and the stay was good value for money. The accommodation is close to the airport, really the runway, but we couldn't hear the planes through the double-glazed windows. You'll need to enter the GPS coordinates to find the property.
