We had to wait while the accommodation was cleaned instead of getting to rest, and after one night it still didn’t feel worth the price. We arrived about two hours after the permitted arrival time, but the place clearly hadn’t been cleaned: there was hair on the toilet floor and sheets, visible marks on the basin, and a dirty kitchen counter. The espresso machine and dishes were stored under the sink with the cleaning products, which didn’t seem hygienic. We contacted the staff, who offered to send a cleaner to pick up the essentials.

The room’s decor was really lovely, but that didn’t make up for not being able to rest. We came for two days to relax and ended up waking earlier than usual. The soundproofing is poor, and the curtains don’t keep the brightness out of the room. Honestly, they can’t keep renting it like this.

The kids welcomed us so warmly, with kind smiles that made us feel comfortable straight away. The accommodation was among the cleanest, most modern and comfortable places we’ve stayed, and would suit a family of three or four. We had a wonderful vacation and are already thinking about coming back in spring!

The room was dirty and poorly soundproofed, and the glass in the oven was broken. Communication was only in English. I emailed them and never got a reply, and nobody called me either.
