Symi Nautilus Luxury Suites

The owner was lovely, picked us up when we arrived and drove us to the port when we left. Our apartment had everything we needed, was tastefully decorated and had an amazing view from the balcony. We stayed three nights with my partner at this excellent little boutique hotel. It’s also near supermarkets and some nice restaurants, including Kala Strata and Secret Garden.

We had an amazing holiday here. Breakfast on the terrace was such a relaxing start to the day, and the suites were furnished and equipped to a really high standard. They’re in the hill village above the harbour, with Pedi beach downhill too, so getting back up is a steep walk. Taxis and an hourly bus are available, though, and for two people the taxi costs the same as the bus.

The family who run this place have thought through every detail, and the owner is such a lovely woman. The views, cleanliness and staff kindness were all the best we saw on the island. It looked even better in person than it did in the pictures, and the stay went beyond what we expected. Such a gem, and a great deal. Book it.

We picked Symi and Nautilus Luxury Suites to unwind, and it was exactly right. The owners’ care showed everywhere, and we felt very spoiled. The hotel sits between Symi Port and Pedi Bay, both walkable, though there are hills; a bus also stops nearby. Our suite had a lovely balcony view over Pedi Bay, and the silent aircon kept it cool. The bed was firm but comfortable, with luxurious bedding. The bathroom had a powerful shower, lovely towels and robes, and Korres toiletries. The kitchen was equipped well enough to cook a big meal, and there were step-by-step Greek menus if you wanted to try cooking one evening. We also made good use of the lounging areas to get out of the daytime heat. Breakfast in the front courtyard was delicious, with a wide choice of Greek breakfast foods. We certainly never left hungry. We had a wonderful three-night stay.
