The pool is especially handy for families with children. Kids can play in the water while parents relax at the nearby bar. And Villa Edem has a real soul, with kind, welcoming, hardworking hosts and staff who keep everything spotlessly clean. The apartment, towels and bed linens are refreshed regularly. With all the greenery, tall plane trees, firs and other plants, it's a lovely break from summer heat and noise. The shade kept our room comfortably cool even on the hottest days, so air conditioning might not even be needed. Nights are quiet and restful. Highly recommended, and keep up the great work! ❤️

The owners were friendly and helpful, and the outdoor area was lovely. The villa and pool are clean, with warm water in the pool. They empty the bins every day and change sheets and towels every two or three days. The bathroom and shower cubicle are a bit small, which could be a problem for larger people. All in all, I'd recommend it for a holiday.

The location is fine, close to the city center, and the rooms are acceptable, though a little small. The air conditioner didn't actually cool the room, it only moved the air. Parking is very limited, so if you arrive later in the evening, you may not find a space. At most, I can give this villa three stars.

We've come back here after 2018, which says a lot about how much we value Litsa, the owner of this beautiful villa. For any request, she tries to accommodate her guests. She's attentive, cheerful, smiling and ready to help, and it's rare to meet someone with those qualities. Villa Edem is right in the center of Limenas, but still calm and quiet, a peaceful place for a family. The pool is lovely after a day at one of Thassos's beaches, every apartment has a nice balcony, the internet is great, and everything works flawlessly. Rooms are cleaned daily and the service is outstanding. The atmosphere is pleasant for whoever comes next. The garden is beautiful too, and I think my pictures say it better than words. I recommend this place wholeheartedly. It's rated very well on both Booking and Google Maps. I think the people giving it two or three stars are rude and lush, suffering from complexes. If I could rate it ten, I wouldn't hesitate.

The trees around the house made a real difference on hot days, and our rooftop room had a lovely, large balcony. The room was clean, with daily cleaning and fresh towels and whatever else was needed. Internet worked well, with good wi-fi coverage throughout the Villa. The host was polite and communication was perfect. If we return to Thassos, we'll definitely choose this Villa again.
