Alexandria Hotel

We spent a week here with a group of students and were very happy with the service. The staff made sure we had what we needed, were flexible with our daily requests, and let us leave our bags both before check-in and after checkout. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and brought to the rooms. The rooms were very clean, and the location is excellent, near bus stops, restaurants, and shops. It’s a cute little hotel I’d strongly recommend for small groups or anyone who wants local hospitality and doesn’t need luxury.

The balcony views are stunning, the air conditioning works well, and the rooms are cleaned every day. Service is friendly, and you get a lot for the price of the room. A truly lovely hotel.

The hotel is very central, with everything within a 20-minute walk, which was handy. Parking was less straightforward. We were told the €15 fee covered 24 hours, so we took an available space, but we stayed just one night, checking in at 15:30 with checkout before noon. When we left, they asked us to return the parking key, which didn’t feel very nice. Room 432 was one of the darkest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. That isn’t necessarily a major problem, but the listing photos made it look quite different. It had four single beds and only three outlets, if I remember right, all on the opposite wall. Charging a phone while using it was awkward.

Right in the center of Thessaloniki, this is a really nice hotel. The staff are kind and helpful. I highly recommend it!
