The first apartment I booked had a water leak, so I was moved to a place in another town, even though I hadn’t agreed to that. They first said I’d get a €100 refund, then changed it to €80. I said okay, it is what it is, but they’re playing dumb and acting completely unprofessionally. Open your eyes before booking with them. I believe the leak in the first apartment was just a lie, and they had reserved it for someone else who would pay more.

It looked clean, and it’s an okay apartment for a short stay.

Clean place, good location.

The apartment has the basics, including a hairdryer, iron, glasses and dishes, and at first it looks quite nice. But the building feels neglected. The elevator is so dilapidated I was afraid to ride it, and the light switch between it and the room only works in one direction. There are other signs of maintenance problems in the photos, like the windowsill and badly painted walls. The closet is damp, and the sofa's two middle legs were broken, so it couldn't be used. It could work for a brief 1-2 day stay. One other issue: checkout was at 11, but a cleaner came knocking at 10:30. When I didn't answer, she tried to unlock the door. I had the key in the lock, so she couldn't get in. When I asked who it was, she said checkout was at 11.
