Pantheon Nilie Hospitality MGMT

Apartment 5 at Nilie Pantheon was a deeply disappointing stay. There was dust and hair all over, the apartment felt dirty and poorly kept, and the mattress had yellow stains. The sheet didn't even cover it properly. The shower gave only lukewarm water for about five minutes before turning cold. A faulty cabin with loose, broken doors let water spill across the bathroom floor. The dark curtain rods had been ripped out, so morning light made it too bright to sleep properly. The building was chaotic too, adding to the feeling of neglect. In Thessaloniki in 2025, it's a disgrace to host tourists in conditions like these. I strongly advise against booking this place.

The room looked nothing like the pictures, and the online location was misleading. There were three roaches in the entrance, then more bugs and roaches in our room. The place was filthy, with mold on the walls and floors, and there was no hot water for a shower. We had booked two nights but barely stayed the first one. I had no other choice at the time, then left first thing in the morning. I contacted customer service through booking and the provided WhatsApp number. They only asked me not to leave a bad review so the place wouldn't look bad, then ignored me completely. The worst experience ever.

It's in a good spot for going out, close to all kinds of nightlife, but the crowds made it impossible to sleep. We were also woken early by sunlight. The entrance to the building was dirty, smelly, and creepy, even though the room itself was newly done, clean, and modern. It could use more equipment. I wouldn't recommend it.

The room wasn't ready on time, and when it finally was, it hadn't even been cleaned. Pick somewhere else.
