Polis Apartments

They upgraded my booking at no charge, giving me a larger apartment even though I had reserved a studio for two nights. Everything was clean and well organized. I had a great stay and really recommend the place.

I keep coming back to Polis apartments, whether I’m in town for work or visiting with friends. I’ve used both a studio and an apartment, and I’ve been very happy with them. The apartments are lovely and clean, and some have a really big, nice terrace. The kitchen has useful basics, including a filter coffee machine, toaster, and kettle, plus there’s a washing machine. I’d love an espresso machine and a table ashtray on the balcony, though. The location is within walking distance of the center, with a supermarket across the street and a small café next door with a great espresso selection. Reception hours suit me, there are ways to get your key, and luggage storage is handy. The lift is safe and modern, and the building feels safe too. Central parking is tricky in Thessaloniki, but they offer safe parking at a nearby external lot for a better price. The massages they arrange through an outside therapist are wonderful. Panagiotis is always on time and excellent, highly recommend him. Thanks to Theano at reception for kindly waiting over 30 minutes for us one afternoon, even though we’d been told reception would close early. We’d lost track of time wandering around Thessaloniki. This is still my favorite place to stay in town.

Back for my third stay, and it’s still a lovely apartment in a good spot. We were five and fit comfortably in the two-bedroom place. The sheets were fresh smelling and very clean, which matters a lot to me. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The apartments were very nice and everything worked out perfectly. At reception, a kind woman welcomed us with a warm smile, and from that moment I knew things would be good. ❤️
