The room itself was nice, though small, and had a pleasant terrace, no. 4. But I didn’t get the room I’d booked. The kitchen had no kettle, no frying pan, and no drinking water. There wasn’t any coffee or tea either. Don’t trust the pictures. Communication was bad and rude, and management doesn’t seem to understand customer service. I usually book online, but this time I had to call three times just to get access. I’ve never had an experience like that.

The apartment is cozy and clean, with a lovely balcony, right in the city center. It’s about a ten-minute walk to the embankment. There’s basic kitchenware, towels, and a hairdryer. Cafes along the street make it a little noisy late at night. We hadn’t come across the key fob system before. You have to put the chip fob into a special slot to switch on the lights. The owner replied quickly when we asked, and we worked it out.

The views are incredible, and Ladadika is very close by. Inside, there’s loads of room, a recently renovated, fully working kitchen, a roomy shower and toilet, and two air conditioners.

We stayed just one night before complaining and being moved to another building, but the new room was in the same condition. The first apartment was on the 8th floor, yet nearby shops played music at full volume until 5 a.m. The windows barely insulated against it, so the room was extremely noisy. The apartment looked hastily renovated, with poor-quality furniture that didn’t seem built to last. The bed was broken in several places and looked as if extra metal hinges had been screwed onto it. The sofa was close to falling apart. Cleanliness was only so-so, and there were stains on the sheets. Completely unacceptable.
