I booked through a booking.com partner offer the day before the accommodation date, but no check-in details arrived by email and nobody contacted me. We got there around 20:00 and found two phone numbers on the building. I called several times and only got an answering machine. After more than 30 minutes outside the hostel trying to reach someone, a local helped by calling those same numbers from a Greek number. The property called back straight away, and we were finally able to get into the room we'd booked. In the morning, we had to move because water was leaking right above the bed.

The location was excellent, with free parking, and only minutes from the large Thessaloniki Outlet Mall and some excellent restaurants. The modern apartments had everything we needed, and the price was good.

The room was lovely and spotless, with all the utensils and appliances I needed. Parking was easy, and the location was very good. Even walking into the apartment building, you get a nice clean smell. I'd recommend it to everyone 💯
