We were a family of four and spent a week at this lovely villa. It felt homely as well as spacious, and the high gates helped us feel safe. The upstairs bedroom is almost like its own little apartment. The outdoor shower came in handy after nearby beach trips, and the pool was a good size and depth for everyone. It was cleaned every day. We also enjoyed the lovely indoor and outdoor dining spaces for evenings we stayed in. The villa is tucked away from the holiday crowds, but a local shop and the beach are within walking distance. A car would be useful for the nearby shops, water park and closest town. Maris was a friendly, helpful host. We felt lucky to be among the first families here and would stay again on a future visit to Greece.

It was easy to relax here. The private pool and outdoor space were lovely, and the villa was fresh, clean and well cared for when we arrived. Staff were quick to respond, helpful, and shared good local tips. The whole stay felt peaceful and comfortable. We'd happily come back.

We found Conte Maris villas to be both peaceful and conveniently placed, close to what we needed while still feeling private. The hosts were friendly, professional and available whenever we needed help. Inside, the villa blends modern and traditional style, with excellent design and spotless upkeep. The beds were comfortable, the space well equipped, and the outdoor area was lovely for relaxing at any time of day. It had a quiet, luxurious feel from the moment we arrived. We would gladly return, and consider it the best choice in the area.

Conte Maris made such a good impression that I plan to return soon. The building and everything inside and outside the rooms were immaculate, and the host completed the excellent hospitality. When I’m back in Zakynthos, I’ll stay here again. Highly recommend it!

The owner was very kind and helped with everything we asked. The location is great, near lovely beaches and pretty spots for walking and eating. The accommodation was beautiful and spotless, one of the most magical places I’ve visited.
