We expected better service and quality for what we paid. The room was quite small for two, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and the cleanliness of the room in general could be improved. Unfortunately, the hotel didn’t live up to our expectations. Its online photos are misleading.

Yannis and his team took great care of us and made sure we had a wonderful time on the island. It’s a lovely, peaceful hotel near both the beach and the town center.

A quiet spot in Tsilivi, with the busy town center only a short walk away. Back at the hotel we mostly heard bugs and the occasional meow from one of the resident cats, though the nightlife is close if that’s what you want. There’s a small store about 100m down the road, a good restaurant opposite, and beautiful Tsilivi beach 300m away. If the wind is right, you can even hear the waves at 6 am. The pool is nice and there were enough sunbeds. We always found one when we wanted it. The staff were all awesome. We’ve never felt as welcome anywhere. We had breakfast on arrival before even getting our key, then Yiannis gave us a friendly introduction. The service was great from the start. Angelica in the mornings and the night time girl, whose name I’m sorry I didn’t catch, were both lovely and welcoming. They all made my daughter feel like a princess, which earned extra points with me. Thanks to all of you for being so kind. The rooms need upgrading, and cleaning could be better. The cleaning ladies were quite loud in nearby rooms when they worked early in the morning, which was a bit disappointing. Our room wasn’t cleaned until day three. That matters since you have to put toilet paper in the trash bin because of the size of the island’s pipes. It was our first proper family holiday, and you made it really special. It might not suit people with high standards, but for anyone looking for a peaceful week on Zakynthos, it’s a perfect choice.

Water came through the roof while we were asleep, pouring down like a waterfall. I’ve attached a video. The staff smoked beside our table while we ate, then went to prepare food with the same hands. The food was awful; only the fries were edible. The alcohol tasted like pure spirit. This is the worst hotel I can imagine, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. My rating would be 0.
