We chose the villa on our friends' recommendation, and were thrilled with the holiday. Mr. George greeted us very courteously when we arrived. The view, villa and equipment were as good as the photos, and whenever we had a question, Mr. George helped us straight away. Our children loved having a private pool to play in. The price was very affordable for what the villa offers. We highly recommend it for a wonderful holiday.

The outside area was lovely and the pool was really good. The owner even drove us to the car rental. Inside, though, the mattresses were very hard, you can't hang up the shower, and the owner was quite controlling and would come in without asking.

I cancelled the villa after the price and photos didn't match what I expected, and the owner returned my deposit with angry words like "don't mess with me" and "do you know who I'm" 😂. I booked directly through the website after calling the listed number. A woman quoted 1150 EUR, then lowered it to 1050 for one week, and I sent a 350 EUR deposit. When we arrived, a man from next door came to unlock the place. The photos on the website didn't look like a real view of the villa to me, maybe they were fixed in Photoshop, which isn't fair. Then the owner asked for 1150 EURO. I explained we had agreed on a discounted price over the phone, but he said that was the price and there were no discounts. I called her and spoke to her, and she was very rude and unfriendly on the phone. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS VILLA. There are lots of villas in ZAKYNTOS that are better than this fake one.

We had an amazing stay here in July. George, the owner, was fantastic, arranging an airport taxi and being available whenever we needed him. The area is quiet, though I'd recommend having a car. I'd happily recommend this villa to everyone.
