The stone houses are beautiful, clean, and tidy, and the place is wonderfully peaceful for relaxing. The owner was great to communicate with. It’s a great option for families, with many lovely southern beaches nearby. Highly recommended!

The calm neighborhood and amazing balcony view made the stone houses feel rejuvenating. There are lots of great beaches and restaurants nearby, so there’s no need to book one of the big, noisy hotels. It’s a perfect place for parents with kids. Stathis was incredibly helpful: he kindly picked us up from the airport, pointed out interesting places on the island, and gave us a wonderful bucket of local goodies. Highly recommended.

We stayed in one of the smaller houses and had a wonderful time. It felt rustic, and we had our own garden to relax in. There were plenty of appliances for cooking at home if we wanted to.

Stathis is a fabulous host, and it was easy to keep in touch with him. The houses are comfortable, well equipped, and in a quiet part of the island, just right for a peaceful break. Beautiful beaches are a 15-minute walk away, while shops, bakeries with coffee, and tavernas are even closer. We especially liked Nicos beach restaurant on Porto Rossa beach and Dopia’s house. Both served genuine, home-cooked, rustic food, just what we were looking for. The turtle centre at Gerakas beach is also well worth an easy walk. We’d highly recommend Myrties Stone Houses.
