It's a nice location, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Still, it feels definitely overpriced. Please don't book breakfast with your room.

In central Vivari, the rooms are decent and super clean, and the beach and restaurants are only meters away. They aren't suites as advertised. Also, there's no elevator, which is a problem if you're on the second floor.

Breakfast is included in the price, with lots of choices, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and kind. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We stayed four nights, and I'd definitely recommend it!

We had a nice stay, and the price was economical, which was a plus. The rooms weren't as luxurious as the hotel might suggest.

The room was very clean, but there was no elevator or breakfast. We stayed at the beginning of July, and at €100 a night, I felt it was overpriced for the location, especially without breakfast.
