The balcony view was beautiful, and Panagiota, Evgenia, and Maria were the friendliest staff I've ever met. Breakfast was okay. We stayed a month, and the poor management was hard to overlook. The place was understaffed, with reception and breakfast workers also doing housekeeping, and there wasn't enough time to get everything done. The stairs were dirty, there were no kitchen towels or dishwashing supplies, and I had to buy cleaning products. There were water shortages and not enough hot water. The AC didn't work properly, and WiFi only reached the reception, not our room. There's no elevator, so we had to carry suitcases up to the third floor, which was especially difficult for my husband with his heart problem. After 11 pm, nobody was at the front desk and the doors were locked. If there were an emergency, fire, or you lost the key, you'd be trapped. I heard many other visitors complain too. Such a shame for a hotel in the most beautiful part of dadkalopetra. We were very disappointed. I'd never return unless it had new management.

Friendly staff and a good location. The rooms are very, very old, though clean, and breakfast is quite simple.
