We had a perfect week here in July ‘25 and loved the place. One tip: bring your own transport. We chose scooters, and it worked out brilliantly.

The outdoor area and pool were wonderful, and the villa was just right for six people, with generous spaces and care in every detail. It was very clean on arrival, and they also came during our week to clean the house and pool. Katerina, the owner, was extremely helpful and kind to us.

Katerina, who owns and manages the villa, knows the island well and is a wonderful person. She was there whenever we needed anything. The villa is tucked away at the end of a dead-end road, with spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a great balcony, and an excellent outdoor lounge and pool. The view over Skiathos, its village, port, and airport is breathtaking. It’s probably the best value stay on the island for three couples or two couples with kids.

You’ll need a confident driver or a 4x4 to get up to the house, as the road is really steep. Once there, you get one of the best views in Skiathos, and the host is friendly and helpful.

A great choice for our stay in Skiathos. It’s a private, spacious house with an amazing view over the harbour, airport, and city. You can watch planes coming and going.
