Zante Fiore Beach Studios

The owners were very welcoming, and our room was cleaned daily. There's a small private beach with a beach bar and restaurant right there. I'd definitely recommend it if you're after a quiet holiday spot.

The food at the seaside taverna was a real highlight for me, especially the grilled pork and beef steaks, both full of flavor and done just to my taste. They also serve homemade Greek dishes like rabbit stew, moussaka, stuffed tomatoes, souvlaki, beef stew, plus fresh fish and seafood. We enjoyed cocktails, coffee, and other drinks on the terrace and at the beach bar, with local wine or a cold draft beer by the water. We spent 8 days here with family and friends, from 20-28 June 2025, and the location is right by the sea. This is a family business run by three generations, and their warmth and dedication made us feel like family from the start. Each day felt special thanks to the hosts and the place. Saying goodbye was hard. I gave our lovely host a big hug and kiss, and we affectionately called her “Mama” (Mama). Hope to come back soon. 💙

I was given a very dirty room that seemed poorly maintained. It was in a dark semi-basement, with a low ceiling and no proper windows, and looked nothing like the photos online. The space felt claustrophobic and uncomfortable. I asked the staff for a refund, but they refused. In my opinion, the listing is misleading and amounts to false advertising. I strongly advise other travelers to avoid the place and not trust the photos or inflated ratings.

The room stayed cool in summer and had a beautiful terrace, though being on the ground floor made it dark. The staff were kind and helpful. Kaminia is a nice sandy beach, and the sunbeds and umbrella are free. We preferred the north of the island, but Fiore was a great spot for a relaxing stay.
