Rooms are simple, but unbelievably clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and really supportive, and there’s a nice garden and good parking. For a reasonably priced stay, the location is excellent: the beach is a minute away on foot, and three good tavernas are a two-minute walk. Gerakas is a lovely big beach, and Dafni is even better, both easy to reach by car in 10-20 minutes. Highly recommended.

We spent a great holiday at Kuris Apartments. The apartments are in a quiet area with a lovely garden, very close to St. Nicholas beach. It wasn’t crowded and worked well for young children. If you head to the rocks on the right, it’s also good for snorkeling. I even spotted a turtle swimming there early on our last morning. Denia, the owner, was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed, plus good suggestions for places to visit and things to do around the island. She even helped us get some local olive oil at a good price. Svetlana, who manages the apartments, was just as helpful and cleaned our rooms thoroughly every day. I’d highly recommend Kuris Apartments.

The apartment needs some work, especially the old bathroom. Its shower curtain is useless, so water gets everywhere, and they leave a bucket and mop for you to clean things up yourself. Our room wasn’t very clean when we arrived either, with hair left around. The air conditioner leaked a lot when we tried it, though the weather luckily wasn’t too hot. There was wifi, but it barely worked in our room. The woman who runs the place was nice, and the location is really great: two minutes on foot to a nice beach, with several others nearby.

We arrived early, exhausted after a night flight with two little babies, and our room was already ready and clean. That made all the difference. The owner and staff were so kind and helpful that we felt like special guests. There’s a big garden around the apartments, and the neighborhood is calm and friendly. The beach is a two-minute walk away and one of the best on Zante. This was our third time on the island, so we know it pretty well. Every good thing people say about Kuris Apartments is true. We’ll be back for sure.
