The price is good, breakfast is nice, and the host is friendly. It’s not far from the center, though Antigua isn’t that big. The shared bathroom was clean and not too busy. But, as others have mentioned, the street noise is really bad. Because of that, I wouldn’t stay again.

Ana is super friendly, flexible, and helpful, and our room was quite big. The shower was warm, and breakfast was delicious, with a different option each day. We really appreciated the rooftop terrace and its view of Acatenango. Just be aware that you can’t use the kitchen, and it’s a 10-15 minute walk to the center. We recommend staying here.

The hosts were so welcoming and friendly, and you can get laundry done for a good price. Our rooms were clean and nice, the terrace had a beautiful view, and breakfast was delicious. We had a great time at Casa Familiar and can really recommend it.

It’s only a few minutes from Plaza Central, with local cafes nearby, and you can easily catch a tuk-tuk anywhere in the city for 20-25 Quetzales. Ana speaks English and is super friendly, helpful, flexible, and a good cook. The place was clean, and the shared bathroom was very nice. Lovely spot.

Wonderful place, with a great view of the volcanoes, a friendly family, and nice breakfast. I highly recommend it!
