This is about Hospedaje El Viajero II, which doesn't show up on Googlemaps. It's two blocks from the other one. Very good value for Antigua, right in the heart of town and within walking distance of every point of interest. The hotel is basic but clean and comfortable. My simple room had comfortable beds and a ceiling fan, and the WiFi worked well during my stay. The shower has hot water. Guests can use the kitchen and filtered water for free, and there's free coffee and tea in the mornings and evenings. Laundry costs 8Q per pound. I'm not sure if they offer tours or shuttle services. The reception desk is often unattended because the girls are busy cleaning and preparing rooms. If those services are available, a board near reception showing the options and prices would be helpful.

Great value for the price. The internet is okay, though not the best. There's plenty of hot water, but it takes a little while to warm up. They have at least two buildings, so yours may not be at the Google Maps location. I was redirected to another building about two minutes away.

It's in a very good spot, close to everything, but the beds were only okay. Street noise was really loud, and the thin walls between dorms meant you could hear everything. They were also doing repairs across the whole top floor during my stay, which made the mornings noisy.

The room was spacious, well equipped, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were lovely. Their English didn't seem great, but it was a good chance to practice Spanish, and they had Google Translate handy for anything more complicated. They also arranged my airport taxi at a very competitive price. I hadn't expected much at this price, so I was pleasantly surprised. A great stay.
