The place is super beautiful and clean, and the staff have gone above and beyond!

The terrace has an incredible view 🤩. The hotel is lovely throughout, with cozy rooms and friendly staff. It’s a great place to relax 😴, and breakfast is quite complete 🍳.

I’ve loved this hotel ever since I found it. The service is excellent, and the staff are so attentive. The young man on the night shift is really helpful too. Breakfast is fantastic. The beans are absolutely delicious, and everything is great, 100 out of 10! Congratulations!

The owner is kind, friendly, and attentive, and the terrace has a spectacular view of the volcanoes. The bed, pillows, towels, and room finishes were very good. The bathroom was clean and pleasant, with nice fixtures and good hot water, though it didn’t have good ventilation. The internet signal in the rooms was weak. My room was on the basement level and felt cold, with little natural light and poor ventilation. Its window opened onto a hallway, and there were no curtains, so we slept with artificial light on because it couldn’t be turned off. Breakfast tables were set up in the hallway right in front of my room, so people ate just outside the door. I also found the hotel wasn’t where the map indicated. The stay left me with mixed feelings, some parts were very pleasant and others weren’t.
