Hotel Quinta Vista Verde

Breakfast was the daily highlight and never disappointed. The owners even welcomed us late at night after our airport arrival and helped get our luggage to the rooms. The hotel is small, clean, and well kept, though the rooms are on the small side and fine for a few days. It’s a little outside the city center, but Uber or a local Tuctuc ride doesn’t cost much. Reception always had someone available, day and night, to help with transfers, the front door, tours, a city walking tour, or restaurant recommendations. We’d ask them what was best whenever we needed something.

Rafael and Edgar took great care of us. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was great, and they also offered laundry service. We were on motorcycles, so having parking behind the gate mattered a lot. There was a volcano view, too.

A nice break from Antigua’s bustle, with friendly staff who were flexible. Breakfast had a tasty range of options.

Breakfast was a real highlight. I tried the whole menu, liked everything, and appreciated the fresh juice with each meal. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, and my cozy room had a stunning volcano view. Room service was prompt, and someone was always around to help or open the door when I came and went. The staff were welcoming from the start, and it was great that airport pickup and drop-off were offered. They also responded quickly whenever I had a question. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Quinta Vista Verde and would recommend it as a quiet, charming spot just outside downtown.
