Mosquitoes kept us up all night. The bed was uncomfortable, the bathtub was damaged, and the shower curtain was filthy. We asked them to replace it, but they refused. Breakfast was okay but very basic, and after four days of the exact same thing, it had stopped being appealing.

Hotel Posada de los Caballeros and 502 are a scam. It’s shameful that the people involved use their intelligence to deceive people and take their resources instead of working to earn them honestly. They seem to have no regard for ethics or morals.

Good evening, I need help finding someone at 502 Black corporation. I understand they’re connected with this hotel. I need to speak with a partner from the corporation, please, not someone from the office, since the office doesn’t solve the problems.
