Big Tower Hotel

The location is excellent and easy to find. My room was quite decent, with a wide bed and enough sheets and blankets. The pillows were a little flat, but fine. Parking is available, though it’s usually off-site and you have to get up at 6 to move the car to the street. Service was my main problem. There’s no one at reception unless you call for them. When I arrived, they showed me the room but hadn’t provided a towel, soap, or key. I had to ask for each thing, and there was no shampoo, so I bought my own. After one night, they said they’d charge me double for the room, even though I’d already paid for two nights.
