I slept really well here, thanks to the comfortable beds. The room was spacious, with air conditioning, and there was a hair dryer in the bathroom. The hotel has two pools. The outdoor one was especially nice because you could order snacks and drinks while in the water. The cleaners also put a lot of effort into the towel animal designs.

The lake view was nice, the staff were great, and the place was clean. Having two pools was a plus. The rooms felt a little tight for two suitcases, so we had to move things around. Its position is very convenient for getting around the island, though that also means a busy street and loud music from nearby restaurants and bars.

The staff were extremely friendly and breakfast was nice. But the dorm room had mold, especially in the bathrooms, and we got pretty sick from it.

We could still sleep with earplugs, even though nearby bars made a lot of noise. I was told it was mostly a weekend issue. The hotel is comfortable and right in the busiest part of Flores, with basic but adequate rooms. There are small indoor and outdoor pools that looked nice, though we didn't have time to use them. Breakfast tasted good, but the portions varied by order: fruit and granola was huge, while fruit and toast was much smaller. The Wi-Fi was poor.

The rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff were really friendly. Just be aware that a club or bar across the street plays loud reggaeton late into the night, so it can get noisy. If that doesn't bother you, the hotel is good value for money.
