Our room was in the courtyard, basic but clean, and the AC was a welcome feature. The bed sloped so much that I spent the night trying not to fall off. Street noise was the main problem, along with light coming through the window from the courtyard. Blackout shades could easily fix that. At check-in, the staff used a conversion rate that raised the price above what we'd been quoted on Booking.com.

We only stayed one night during a layover before going to Belize. It was quiet, so we slept well. The room was clean and close to the morning bus pickup point, the beds and bathroom were fine, and the staff made us feel welcome.

I'm here on a Monday night, well past midnight, and there's a very loud party across the street. It sounds like a bar or similar place that might throw parties every night. It's not the hotel's fault, but I wish I'd known I wouldn't be able to sleep before booking.

Right at the entrance to Isla Flores, with spacious rooms and AC. The lake is just in front, and locals sell food nearby. The hotel also has a small coffee restaurant for early coffee and breakfast during the week.
