The lake view from the breakfast room was amazing. I loved watching the local boats go by, and the terrace is wonderful too. Carlos, the owner, is very nice and makes sure guests are comfortable. The rooms were clean, the staff were great, and the location was central. Great price as well. Muy lindo.

The location right by the lake is ideal, with buses and the airport easy to reach. We had very clean, comfortable rooms, daily housekeeping, and hot water in the shower. Breakfast was very good, and the service was impeccable. The staff were fantastic, genuinely kind and helpful. 10/10 recommend.

We were thrilled with the balcony and view, but when we came back after exploring, ants were everywhere, even on our closed suitcases. Reception sent someone who sprayed, saying they were coming from the balcony. At first it seemed to work. We cleaned up the dead ants ourselves, including the floor, and a towel turned dark grey from how dirty it was. Then we kept finding ants on surfaces and on our backpacks. We didn't feel comfortable staying in that room and asked to switch. It took a long time, and the front desk didn't seem to take us seriously. The next room was much better, but the whole episode put a real damper on the evening and our stay.

Everything was clean, the beds were really comfortable, and the AC was great. No complaints. The staff were lovely, especially Grendy, who was patient with all my questions and went out of her way to help with excellent service. Absolutely recommend!
