The staff were gentle, and the beds were okay, but the bathroom was poor quality. The room was very dark, and it got noisy in the morning. For an expensive night, breakfast wasn't included. The architecture has potential, though the place felt dated and not cared for. I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

The rooftop terrace is really pretty, and the staff were very friendly. My bedroom was very dark, with hardly any natural light, and I could hear the neighbors through the walls.

The central location is convenient, but this place isn't suitable for people with mobility challenges. All but one of the receptionists have been friendly and helpful.

The location is the only good thing, though there are better options nearby. There was no TV to unwind with after walking around town, no A/C, and the rooftop was always a mess. I felt it was overpriced. I also noticed walk-in customers could get the same room for 50% less than I paid through Booking.com.

We had a nice stay and I'd come back. The room had an old-style look and basic amenities; there were a few gnats and a slight sewer smell, though it seems like every place has that. The location is great, close to the park, shops, bars, restaurants, and street food, all within walking distance. Breakfast was included and served on the rooftop terrace, with delicious food and an awesome view of the volcanoes. Altamira and Hobbit town are close by.
