The team made our 5am departure easy by putting together a tasty breakfast to go, well before the usual serving time. That thoughtful service stood out during our short trip. Dai Nonni Hotel is a cozy, family-run boutique hotel, and the staff welcomed us warmly from the start. Our room was unexpectedly spacious, with comfortable bedding and plenty of room to relax after travelling. The place was clean and charming, and the location felt quiet and safe while still being a short drive from La Aurora International Airport. It worked especially well for an early flight or layover. Dai Nonni Hotel exceeded our expectations and made for a comfortable, hassle-free stay in Guatemala City.

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were so friendly. It’s a very nice hotel close to the airport, and I’d definitely stay again.

The owner was so nice, and the breakfast was incredible. I stayed just one night and wished I could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, and the hotel is cozy and well placed among lots of great locations. What stood out most was the service. The gentleman looking after us was on top of everything, even remembering a request from two days before we left. I didn’t get his name, but I’ve never had customer service like his in any country. His effort and attention to detail deserve recognition.

I’ve booked stays here several times for myself and my family, and we’re always treated with so much warmth and kindness. The yard is a relaxing spot, and the breakfasts are always delicious. It’s also a short walk to the zoo and Mercado de artesanias.
