Eco Hotel Los Proceres

Both male front desk staff were really nice, which was the one good part of the stay. The hotel was noisy with nonstop traffic, and the staff and other guests were extremely loud. The sheets were filthy, with what looked like dried blood stains beneath the bed cover, and there was hair from a previous guest on the bathroom sink. The shower had no hot water either. I don’t think I’ll ever stay here again.

The front desk gave us good service, and the hotel was nice. Checkout was at noon, but when we arrived before then, they were already cleaning our room.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was clean. It felt kind of dingy, though, because the lighting was poor. For the price, I expected more.

We had to stay because it was already so late, but I’d never come back. The room cost Q400, which felt expensive given how bad its condition was. The first room had a huge damp stain on the wall, so we asked to move. The replacement still smelled of mold. The bathroom wasn’t fully clean, and I found hair everywhere, even on the bedsheets. The water pitcher was dirty too. Terrible hotel.
