Comfortable and well located. If good quality for the price is what you're after, this is the spot.

From 1 to 10, I'd give it a 0. There was no air conditioning or fan, and the rusty window wouldn't close. The ceiling looked like a stained map, the walls had holes and scratches, and the bathroom was completely unsafe for elderly people.

There was no parking and nowhere to get breakfast. They offer food in the lobby, but that area is infested with cockroaches. The infrastructure, location, and hygiene were deplorable, and the owners were unprofessional and unable to provide proper service. It was a terrible experience, not worth the price, and I absolutely can't recommend it. I would give it zero stars if I could, but even that feels like too much.

It's a comfortable place for a low price, with nice bathrooms, Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. The only real downside for me was that the pillows felt a bit too high and firm.

Rooms 3, 4, and 5 were especially awful for an overnight stay. It was 2:40 AM and we still couldn't sleep because the place was so noisy, with the TV blaring in other rooms. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
