The menu has been cut back quite a bit, so there aren't chicken dishes anymore, just seafood and steak. Most of what we tried was fine, but that seafood chowder was incredible. Next time I might order two bowls.

The place itself is nice, but both the meal and service were disappointing. Our order took ages, and the plates and sides didn't arrive together. Then we waited about 30 minutes for the checks. My Lomito, ordered 3/4 cooked, was rubbery and partly rare-ish, so cutting through it was a struggle.

I stayed here twice and loved it both times. When I tried to book a third stay, though, the price I was quoted was high, so I went to Tikal futura instead. It was much cheaper.

The place was very clean, but the kitchen setup was odd. They provide big knives and cooking spoons, yet no bowls, silverware, pans, or anything else to actually cook with.

What a treat for a weekend. The restaurant rotates on the 18th floor, with views over the city, and the staff were genuinely helpful. Everything looked immaculate. This might be the best hotel we've stayed at.
